Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of eligible personal information that Spartyn Capital maintains about you. This page explains how to make a useful request and what happens after it is received.

Step 1 — Submit a Request

Email advisory@spartyncapital.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. If your request concerns access, correction, or another privacy matter instead, describe that request clearly in the subject and message.

Step 2 — Identify the Information

Provide your name, the email address or organization associated with your prior communication, the context in which you interacted with Spartyn, and a concise description of the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.

Step 3 — Verification

Spartyn may request reasonable information to confirm your identity or your authority to act for another person or organization. Verification helps prevent unauthorized access to or deletion of information. We will seek information proportionate to the request.

Step 4 — Review

We will review the request against information Spartyn actually maintains and determine what can be deleted or de-identified. We may need to retain information for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, enforcing agreements, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.

Step 5 — Completion or Response

After review and any necessary verification, Spartyn will communicate the disposition of the request as appropriate. If information cannot be deleted, we may explain the applicable limitation when permitted.

Third-Party Systems

Relevant information may exist in communications, hosting, security, backup, or other service-provider systems used to operate the website and business. Spartyn will address systems within its control as appropriate. Residual backup copies may remain until overwritten through ordinary system processes or as required for legitimate retention purposes.

Other Privacy Requests

Deletion is different from requesting access, correction, or information about how data is used. Review the Privacy Policy or describe the right you wish to exercise so the request can be evaluated under applicable law.
